How do I return an item? We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your unwashed, unused, or defective merchandise for a refund. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date received. Please email us at returns@buttumsupbaby.com and let us know ASAP. All custom orders are final sale.
Step 1: Complete the Return Form. Each order comes with a packing slip; on the reverse side, you'll find the Return Form. Please complete this form in its entirety. We encourage you to provide us feedback on how we can serve you better in the future.
Step 2: Packaging items for return; Wrap item(s) carefully in a box and enclose the bottom portion of the completed packing slip with item(s).
Step 3: Ship package to the address below. Please be sure to insure your package. We cannot take responsibility for packages that do not make it back to our warehouse.

How do I exchange an item? The easiest way to exchange an item is to place another order at www.buttumsupbaby.com for the goods you want and send the original goods back as a return (see instructions for returns above). Once we receive your return we will credit your credit card. The credit should appear within 10-14 days after we received your return.
Who pays for shipping? For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Packages must be sent prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. However, if we've made a mistake and sent you incorrect merchandise, or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of your original shipping, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
